Only Zoey Redbird is heir to such power…but because of the consequences of using Old Magick, she is unable to help. Find out who will win and who will lose in this epic battle of Light versus Darkness
The time has come to say goodbye to another series. From the moment I started this series I was excited to see what would happen and the finally does not disappoint.
When we first meet Zoey she was dealing your typical teenager, dealing with school, friends, a dysfunctional family and being marked. But as the series has progressed we have followed her and her friends though fights love and death. Now the time as come to say good bye.
Like all the HON books Redeemed picks up were Revealed left off. Zoey beliefs that she has killed 2 men and is on her way to jail, Neferet has returned and has proclaimed her self a goddess taking everyone in the mayo hostage .
Thing quickly change and Zoey and the nerd heard are on a mission to put a stop to Neferet.
As you expect the rest of the vampire world seems either oblivious to the situation in Tulsa or they don’t care. Even the high council. This mean’s that everything is left up to The Tulsa house of night. Which given they are primarily students do sent seem far.
There are a few moments that left me wondering and though the build up to the final event was strong I found the final battle to end as soon as it started.
Towards the end of this series there has been moments where I have found the story to have relatable elements to current world events and I have found myself wondering if this was intentional.
As a final book in the series the overall conclusion could be considered predictable, but I honestly think with the twist and turns in the story will have you guessing to the end.
I love the HoN and it will remain one of my favourite series. I can only hope that one day the do a book set in the future so we can see were they ended up.
Thank you PC Cast and Kristen Cast for creating such a beautiful series. Blessed be .
